By agreeing to the terms & conditions below and placing an order, you are in a binding agreement with Vanguard and its partners:
- All sales are final.
- Vanguard reserves the right to deny service and not confirm your order for any reason; this could be due to incorrect inventory, suspicious checkout credentials, or unconfirmed payment sources. A full refund will be issued within 48 hours if this is the case.
- Vanguard is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments; any claims regarding shipments such as this must be filed by the customer with the appropriate shipping courier.
- Vanguard is not responsible if the receiving party declines receipt of their package; additional shipping, duties fees, or customs incurred from these instances are the sole responsibility of the receiving party and are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Due to the majority of items being sold on Vanguard being used or second-hand, item conditions are based on personal interpretation; judge the item conditions based on the imagery and textual discrepancies provided. Item conditions may appear to vary based on the device used to view the website as some screens are more capable of viewing higher resolution images. Please email if you need further information about a garment.
- Please email email@example.com if there are genuine undocumented issues with your order or purchase and we will gladly see if we can sort the error out; opening an Item Not as Described claim with the payment processor will result in a permanent ban of your credentials on the website.
